Job Summary: Assist the Production Operator I in production process activities, including manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and packaging, in accordance with quality and safety standards. Strictly comply with safety regulations and correctly use PPE **Job Description:** Responsible for assisting in production process activities, supporting the Production Operator I in performing manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and packaging tasks according to instructions received and established quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Production Operator I in executing production tasks according to the defined schedule; * Prepare materials, tools, and components required for the production process; * Assist in cutting, machining, assembly, finishing, and packaging stages; * Maintain a clean, organized workplace aligned with the 5S principles; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and correctly use PPE; * Report any irregularities or material replenishment needs to the Production Operator I or Supervisor; * Assist in product and material handling, loading, and unloading when requested; * Contribute to achieving production and quality targets; * Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials used; * Continuously implement 5S in the workplace. **Professional Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school completion preferred); * Minimum 6 months of experience in production support activities; * Basic knowledge of industrial production, mathematics, and measurement; * Ability to follow instructions and operational procedures. **Behavioral Requirements:** Commitment, attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, proactivity, and willingness to learn. **Additional Information:** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00 * **Benefit:** Meal Allowance (R$ 280,00\) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1h30 lunch break); Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1h lunch break) * **Employment Type:** Permanent Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
