




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing food for patients and staff, handling and seasoning ingredients, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and handling of various foods 2. Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and organization 3. Adherence to menus and nutritional standards ***Responsibilities*** .1\. Prepare snacks for patients, staff, and meetings according to schedule 2\. Prepare soups, main dishes, and beverages for patient diets 3\. Prepare desserts and sweets for patients and hospital staff 4\. Perform pre-preparation of meats for the next-shift cook 5\. Clean stove, bain-marie, grill hood, oven, and bakery area 6\. Handle and season food; verify ingredient freshness and storage conditions 7\. Follow menu prescribed by the nutritionist, submitting necessary modifications for approval and evaluation by direct supervisor. 8\. Prepare coffee breaks for internal institutional events 9\. Retrieve perishable food items for other shifts 10\. Cut perishable food items as specified in the menu. 11\. Portion food when required. ***Requirements*** Mandatory: Completed High School; Course: Food Handling Certification Desirable: Completed Higher Education – Culinary Arts or Nutrition Technician Flexible working hours.
