




Job Summary: Administrative professional responsible for administrative tasks, including goods receipt and inspection, invoice entry, procurement, and communication with suppliers. Experience in procurement and supplier negotiation Main Responsibilities: Inspect and receive goods, verifying quantities, delivery deadlines, and delivery conditions; Enter invoices into the system and cross-check them against purchase orders and bills; Prepare mail packets, including organizing entered invoices and bills, and separating invoices to be sent to accounting; Procure raw materials, supplies, and products as required by production and store needs; Directly contact suppliers for quotations, orders, and negotiation of prices and delivery timelines; Support general administrative routines, such as document control, spreadsheets, and reports; Monitor inventory levels and replenish products when necessary. Requirements: Completed high school education (mandatory); Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred); Previous experience in administrative roles — basic knowledge of invoice issuance and entry; Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with management systems (ERP); Strong communication and organizational skills; Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
