Supports unit expansion and renovations with strategic vision #### **About the Role:** The Regional Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for retail units under their responsibility, ensuring full functionality of facilities, equipment, and building systems. This role requires both strategic and operational engagement, ensuring process efficiency, operational safety, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards—all aligned with the company’s quality standards. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage regional maintenance teams (in-house and/or outsourced), ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans, prioritizing operational continuity and cost reduction. * Oversee maintenance supplier and service provider contracts, ensuring execution per agreed terms. * Track departmental performance indicators (costs, timelines, quality, and equipment availability). * Ensure safety, legal compliance, and adherence to technical standards in all interventions performed. * Propose process, technology, and maintenance practice improvements focused on operational efficiency and sustainability. * Support unit expansion and renovations by participating in technical assessments and construction oversight as needed. * Conduct periodic store visits across the region to monitor operations and identify needs. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields). * Solid experience in building and/or industrial maintenance management, preferably in retail or large-scale operations. * Knowledge of contract, construction, and outsourced service management. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to travel frequently. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Organizational and planning skills. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement. #### **Benefits:** Family Health Network Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones—because well-being begins at home.
