Time Tracking Management: Monitors the electronic time tracking system, adjusts inconsistencies, and accounts for worked hours. Onboarding and Offboarding: Organizes documentation for new employees and handles the entire contractual termination process, including severance payments. Labor Obligations: Submits information to government authorities via eSocial, and manages SEFIP, RAIS, and DIRF filings. Benefits: Administers health insurance plans, life insurance, and transportation vouchers. Data Updates: Maintains up-to-date employee records.
