No prior experience required! **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Must be at least 18 years old The Best Açaí is a chain with over 1,000 stores across Brazil and Paraguay, specializing in self-service ice cream and açaí. **Responsibilities:** * Cashier duties * Cleaning tables, floors, and kitchen areas * Fruit cutting * Buffet restocking (toppings and ice cream) * General store organization and cleaning In short, all tasks necessary to maintain optimal store operations and deliver excellent customer service. **Working Hours and Schedule:** * Daily workload: 6 hours * Rotating schedule: 6 days on / 1 fixed day off per week + 1 Sunday per month * Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM to 11:45 PM * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (hours exceeding 6 per day are compensated as overtime at 60%; holidays are paid with 100% overtime) * Break time: 15 minutes on weekdays; 30 minutes or 1 hour on weekends and holidays. **Benefits and Salary:** * Night shift allowance (paid for hours worked after 10:00 PM) * Base salary (R$1620.00) * Cost-of-living allowance (R$400.00) * IFOOD Benefits Card (R$310.00) * Complimentary consumption at the store * Attendance bonus (R$134.00) * Performance-based incentives (individual, team, and revenue targets) Join our team and grow with us!
