Then come aboard! **Responsibilities and Duties** Handle technical support calls related to installation and maintenance requests, as well as porting requests, addressing the needs of field installers and repair technicians to ensure technical support for proper operation of Voice, Broadband, and TV products, according to the assigned operational unit. Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
