Your mission will be to support the commercial department by delivering outstanding customer service, seeking accurate and effective solutions for negotiations in an agile and intelligent manner, while keeping our customers satisfied! **Prerequisites** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite); * Experience in customer service. **Competencies** * Proactivity; * Organization; * Customer relationship management; * Strong communication skills via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email. **Responsibilities** * Registering information and orders in the system. * Recording and tracking incidents. * Providing customer service and support via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Handling product exchanges and returns under warranty, due to defects, or beyond the validity period. * Addressing inquiries regarding products, delivery, invoices, and bank slips. * Managing lost shipment cases and shipping errors. * Proactively engaging with the customer portfolio. **Desirable:** * Experience in B2B sales. * Experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP. **Work Location:** On-site in Londrina \- PR **Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent CLT **Department:** Manufacturing **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit (Vale Verde); * Banked Hours; * Life Insurance.
