Job Summary: Monitor entries and exits, manage inventory to prevent losses, conduct compliance audits and risk mapping, and prepare detailed reports. Key Highlights: 1. Risk mapping and report preparation. * **Access Control:** Monitor the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods, ensuring only authorized personnel access restricted areas. * **Inventory Management:** Prevent errors in product registration, improper storage (which may cause deterioration), and internal theft. * **Audits and Compliance:** Participate in internal and external audits, verify operational procedures and processes, and ensure adherence to the company's code of ethics and regulations. * **Risk Mapping:** Identify departments vulnerable to losses and propose corrective actions for such environments. * **Report Preparation:** Record incidents and prepare detailed reports on daily activities and occurrences.
