Focus on operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. #### **About the Role:** The Regional Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for retail units under their responsibility, ensuring full functionality of facilities, equipment, and building systems. They will operate strategically and operationally, ensuring process efficiency, operational safety, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards, always aligned with the company’s quality standards. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage maintenance teams (in-house and/or outsourced) within the region, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans, prioritizing operational continuity and cost reduction. * Oversee supplier and maintenance service provider contracts, ensuring execution in accordance with agreed terms. * Track departmental performance indicators (costs, timelines, quality, and equipment availability). * Ensure safety, legal compliance, and adherence to technical standards in all interventions performed. * Propose process, technology, and maintenance practice improvements, focusing on operational efficiency and sustainability. * Support store expansion and renovations by participating in technical assessments and construction oversight as needed. * Conduct periodic visits to regional stores to monitor operations and identify needs. #### **Desired Qualifications (Preferred):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields). * Solid experience in building and/or industrial maintenance management, preferably in retail or large-scale operations. * Knowledge of contract, construction, and outsourced service management. * Ability to manage geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to travel frequently. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Organizational and planning skills. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement. #### **Benefits:** Family Health Network Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones—because well-being begins at home.
