Update recruitment process records and metrics. Assist in posting job openings across various channels. Ensure organization and updating of talent databases. Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruitment Coordinator may indicate affinity with some activities of this position.
