Perform technical management of fiber optic networks, including deployment, maintenance, and incident monitoring. Responsible for planning work execution, ensuring quality, resolving problems, managing technicians' performance, tracking KPIs (SLA), handling conflict-related matters, and acting as the liaison point between other departments and the client. Previous experience as Network Coordinator, Network Infrastructure Manager, Network Team Leader, or Telecommunications Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
