Training provided for knowledge of public tenders **About the position** We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with attention to detail to work as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on activities related to public tenders. The main responsibility will be to locate, download, organize, and keep tender notices updated across various platforms (Comprasnet, BLL, Banco do Brasil, among others). **Responsibilities** * Monitor tender portals daily; * Download and organize tender notices and attachments in our database; * Classify tender notices according to predefined criteria; * Notify the responsible team of relevant tender notices; * Support administrative tasks related to the tender department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Proficiency in computer use and Office/Google Workspace tools; * Organization, agility, and responsibility; * Basic knowledge of public tenders is desirable (not mandatory — training is provided). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with tenders or public administrative processes; * Familiarity with portals such as Comprasnet, BLL, Licitações-e (Banco do Brasil), among others; * Strong written communication skills and initiative to suggest improvements.
