




Job Summary: This professional will provide support in document verification, invoice management, on-site attendance tracking, and assistance to HR and occupational safety departments. Key Highlights: 1. Support in document management and team integration. 2. Support in payment verification and compliance. 3. Collaboration for site safety and organization. * Verify registration documents of companies and their employees, classify and attach documents to the information system, and coordinate with other involved departments to ensure all items on the checklist are completed per company policy; * Record and verify service measurement invoices from contractors, materials, and services; * Monitor and record the attendance list of visitors to construction sites to ensure data consistency and prevent unauthorized access or presence on site; * Support monthly verification of employee and company payments to confirm correctness, verify benefit disbursements, and ensure GFIPs are correctly generated for the construction project’s CNOs to enable measurement release; * Support verification and recording of INSS and GFIP contributions for project closure, enabling accounting to issue the Negative Certificate of Federal Tax Debts, indicating the unit can be delivered to the client; * Support the occupational safety department to ensure employees wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with safety regulations appropriate to the work performed; * Update construction progress boards, ensuring data is updated weekly so clients remain informed about project status.
