Act as a facilitator between technical and operational departments, ensuring synergy and excellence in activity execution. Develop and motivate teams within a dynamic and competitive environment, fostering a high-performance culture. Supervise daily production line operations. Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established targets. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), propose corrective actions, and implement continuous improvements. Lead the team, reducing absenteeism and turnover, delivering results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People. Manage human and material resources, ensuring efficient utilization and minimizing waste. Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes for equipment, guaranteeing operational availability. Conduct technical and behavioral training, strengthening team competencies. Collaborate with departments such as Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D to optimize processes and outcomes.
