Must demonstrate voluntary engagement in personal growth and learning; Must consistently demonstrate understanding and application of the company’s four core values through daily evidence; Must proactively seek opportunities for growth daily through everyday experiences. **Requirements for the Role:** * High school diploma or equivalent * **Availability to work Shift B: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM** * Experience as a Pouch Machine Operator **Preferred Qualifications:** ERP system experience is desirable; Experience in packaging industries; **Responsibilities** * Identify raw materials related to the production process; * Ensure labeling of all products resulting from the process; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of production equipment and accessories; * Assist in completing all documentation relevant to the production process; * Support other operators to ensure all necessary raw materials for the production process are available before setup begins; * Verify materials and other raw materials prior to initiating the production process; * Participate in machine setups; * Follow all parameters established by Process Engineering (Safety, Quality, and Productivity); * When required, perform or support other activities conducted within the department; * Carry out tasks related to new projects, thereby ensuring continuous improvement objectives are met; * Attend technical training sessions for operations; * Collaborate with other operators to ensure smooth and continuous operation of the production department; * Adopt a preventive mindset and anticipate potential maintenance issues; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department; * Be available to provide support or serve as additional labor across all positions (production, support, and assistant); * Support other operators in PDCA-related technical actions; * Promote a safety culture by actively participating in safety observations, trainings, campaigns, etc. **What We Offer You** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Corporate Citizenship Program; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program; * Private pension plan; * Career development plan; **Job Description** ------------------- \- Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation\- Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications\- Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment\- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures**Qualifications** ------------------ Requisition id: 54333 Relocation: Yes Sealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
