If you enjoy working with people, possess efficiency and attention to detail, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Greet and seat customers courteously; * Identify preferences, recommend dishes and beverages, and present the menu; * Record and forward orders to the kitchen and bar, verifying them before serving; * Serve food and beverages (including wines, desserts, and coffee); * Monitor preparation and delivery times of orders; * Organize and maintain clean, well-presented tables; * Set tables (dishes, cutlery, tablecloths, etc.); * Collect used utensils and sanitize the environment; * Present and close bills, processing customer payments; * Assist in organizing the dining area (tables, chairs, general cleaning); * Set up, replenish, and dismantle buffets; * Support customers in the wine cellar when necessary; * Verify reservations and organize the dining area according to demand; * Keep restrooms clean and well-stocked; * Inspect and organize work materials and supporting infrastructure; * Operate dining area equipment (TVs, computers, climate control); * Adhere to hygiene standards and proper uniform usage; * Support other departments whenever needed. **Requirements:** * Prior customer service experience is a plus; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organization, efficiency, and proactivity; * Flexible availability. **Benefits:** * Salary advance * Commission * Career development plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance \- Uniodonto * On-site cafeteria Compensation: R$1\.980,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance Work Location: On-site
