Job Summary: A Production Assistant is responsible for supporting production operations, maintaining an organized and clean workplace, and ensuring the quality and safety of processes. Ensure quality and safety of processes **Production Assistant** position available for the following shifts: **1st shift** (6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, Monday to Friday; and 6:00 AM to 11:40 AM on Saturdays) **2nd shift** (2:20 PM to 10:35 PM, Monday to Friday; and 11:40 AM to 5:20 PM on Saturdays) **3rd shift** (10:35 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday to Friday). **Responsibilities:** * Perform production support services, assisting in all operations according to workload volume, following specific instructions and/or responding to requests from immediate supervisors; * Maintain an organized workplace and equipment, ensuring order and cleanliness per established rules and regulations; * Comply with predetermined safety standards during work execution, using required PPE and adhering to all internal safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents; * Ensure process and product quality, following instructions and procedures specified in work instructions and/or procedures, where applicable. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Ability to learn quickly; * Proactivity; * Shift availability. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy card; * Life insurance; * Food basket; * UNIMED health plan and dental plan; * On-site cafeteria; * Medical clinic on company premises; * Bank branch on company premises.
