Description: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in Quality will be considered a differentiator; * Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably TOTVS; * Proficiency in Office Suite, with focus on advanced Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standard and its practical application; * Experience with Project Management methodologies; * Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean TPM, Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen; * Knowledge of Change Management practices and the 5S program; * Experience in audit processes; * Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking). * Identify and analyze existing procedures across all company areas; * Manage quality committee meetings for critical system analysis; * Implement system management to contribute to process improvement, information systems, product and service quality, and maintenance of certification standards and current legislation; * Manage non-conformities, provide corrective actions to eliminate them, ensure no recurrence, and report to corporate leadership board; * Be responsible for document and training management; * Be responsible for packaging homologation; * Implement and control defect book and support chain; * Coordinate people, processes and quality tools in relation to various stakeholders, organizational strategy, objectives and operations; * Monitor and report all activities, processes and procedures, as well as develop internal audit tools; * Prepare internal audit reports and determine data-driven solutions when implementing quality improvement plans; * Interact with suppliers to ensure excellence in meeting BRANDT standards; * Conduct supplier audits; * Train new employees for their roles; * Participate in the development of the annual master plan for the quality management system; * Implement and control change management; * Collaborate with the global quality team to create synergies and establish corporate standards aiming at process uniformity across different business units. 2510280202221530772
