To learn more, visit www.bureauveritas.com.br Key Responsibilities: * Ensure quality of processes, inputs, suppliers, equipment, and deliverables, as well as appropriate service execution in accordance with project specifications. * Issue quality records when necessary, such as non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and design modifications. Conduct receipt inspections of inputs, suppliers, batching plants, and laboratories. * Monitor, guide, and analyze results of technological control tests conducted by contractors; perform monitoring controls and verify their frequency, including retigraphs, sketches, mappings, and other tools. * Support construction management in adhering to physical-financial project schedules, routinely verifying execution deadlines and costs. * Assist construction management in preparing and finalizing progress measurements by inspecting, evaluating, and confirming field-executed services via calculation records and photographic reports. * Ensure project handover complies with applicable quality standards and current regulations, conducting routine inspections and thorough evaluations comparing design documents, standards, procedures, and field execution. Provide technical/executive support to contractors. * Support technical leadership of the construction inspection team by guiding, instructing, training, and monitoring the field team’s inspection activities according to established service delivery standards. * Support environmental and occupational health & safety monitoring teams (including third-party contractors) in complying with laws, regulations, and internal procedures. * Assist your immediate supervisor in managing time sheets, overtime banks, vacation schedules, leaves of absence, and other HR-related processes, collecting and tracking relevant employee data. What We Seek: * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management for infrastructure construction projects. * Advanced knowledge of applicable technical standards and quality management systems. * Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents. * Knowledge of laboratory testing and batching plant processes (pavement, earthworks, concrete). * Knowledge of road construction inspection processes (earthworks, pavement, OAEs, retaining structures, drainage, signage, road safety, auxiliary works, etc.).
