**Job Description:**

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 \- Receive goods and inspect products verifying: quantity, packaging integrity, and product preservation; brand, specification, and expiration date. 2 \- Enter invoice data and forward to the Finance Department; 3 \- Print product labels according to the invoice; 4 \- Label all products; 5 \- Store all products properly and replenish shelves in the Central Pharmacy and Satellite Pharmacy; 6 \- Invoice lenses and record them in the ATA logbook; 7 \- Attend to and dispense materials and medications per medical and nursing prescriptions; 8 \- Sort and deliver administrative, hygiene and cleaning, disposable, and medication supplies to various departments of the institution according to agreed-upon dates; 9 \- Record daily ambient temperature and humidity in the Central Pharmacy, Satellite Pharmacy, warehouse, and refrigerator, verifying whether they fall within acceptable parameters; 10 \- Individually enter each patient's surgical kit data—including all materials and medications—by barcode, according to the scheduled surgery type, and print patient requisitions identifying each box; 11 \- Verify the patient’s OPME (intraocular lens) prescription, confirming laterality and diopter, then deliver the patient’s box, adding other materials or medications if necessary; 12 \- Monitor each patient’s operating room consumption and dispense materials and medications during surgery if required, and return unused supplies via the system; 13 \- Dispense Diazepam tablets upon receipt of a signed and stamped medical prescription; 14 \- Conduct daily inventory reconciliation and request replenishment of materials and medications for the Central Pharmacy; 15 \- Receive replenished materials and medications and inspect products verifying: quantity, packaging integrity, and product preservation; brand, specification, and expiration date; 16 \- Sort and reserve intraocular lenses or other special materials for the scheduled surgery date and send them to the Satellite Pharmacy one day prior to the procedure.
