Marisa Reis Recursos Humanos is a company specialized in people management solutions. We offer recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement. Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue and conversion. Monitor sales metrics (average ticket, conversion rate, individual and collective targets). Conduct training and continuous team development. Organize work schedules, monitor productivity, and provide consistent feedback. Ensure excellence in customer service, prioritizing the shopping experience. Handle conflict resolution and provide direct support to the team during negotiations. Oversee store organization, product display, and visual merchandising (VM) standards. Manage inventory jointly with the team to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Prepare performance reports and present results to management. Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities at the point of sale. Perform tasks relevant to Commercial Supervisor routines. Position based in Londrina / PR. Previous experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager, Commercial Team Leader, or Sales Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
