




Job Summary: This professional will supervise sales activities, track goals, monitor KPIs, support negotiators, and ensure effective CRM and customer portfolio management. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise daily activities of the internal and/or external sales team 2. Support sales representatives in negotiations and contract closing 3. Assist in prospecting new customers and managing the customer portfolio * Supervise daily activities of the internal and/or external sales team; * Track individual and collective targets; * Monitor team performance indicators (KPIs); * Support sales representatives in negotiations and contract closing; * Ensure proper CRM data entry and updates; * Accompany strategic commercial visits when necessary; * Conduct periodic alignment meetings with the team; * Assist in prospecting new customers; * Manage the customer portfolio and loyalty metrics.
