




Job Summary: Responsible for sales management, team leadership, store management, digital marketing, and promotion of a results-oriented organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of a productive culture and results-oriented focus Responsible for sales management, monitoring goals and KPIs, and developing strategies to improve results and team performance. Directly leads the team, motivating members, monitoring performance, delivering feedback, and ensuring service standards. In store management, ensures environmental organization, inventory control, product restocking, and administrative routines. Also participates in digital marketing and sales activities, supporting campaigns, product promotion, and online sales growth. Finally, responsible for culture and workplace environment, fostering a productive atmosphere aligned with company objectives and focused on results.
