




Description: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 6/1 shift schedule; * At least 6 months of experience in the area or related fields. It will be an advantage if: * Industrial processes, quality standards, equipment operation and communication, occupational safety regulations, food safety, SOP (standard operating procedure), basic knowledge of Food Defense and Food Fraud. Your challenges will be: * Operate production equipment requiring skill, making necessary adjustments for proper functioning; * Monitor process indicators; * Perform setup during product type changes (if applicable); * Act as a multiplier of machine operation knowledge; * Support the organization of the production line by seeking alternatives to solve potential shortages and deficiencies at workstations, as well as ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices; * Contact the maintenance team in case of abnormalities in machine operation; * Control the automated operational part of the entire manufacturing process, aiming for better activity management; * Ensure machine and equipment operational efficiency by eliminating or reducing unplanned downtime and maintaining product and service quality through inspections, adjustments, and calibrations, among other actions; * Keep tools, equipment, and industrial park work areas clean and organized; * Perform palletizing, supply packaging lines, and organize the sector; * Record process monitoring and execution of operational procedures in appropriate forms; * Comply with sustainability requirements, quality management, food safety, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. 250918020224732504
