Monitoring product expiration dates and proper storage A snack bar in Londrina is seeking a Kitchen Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing snacks, portions, and quick meals. Wash, cut, and portion ingredients. Support sandwich and dish assembly. Assist with frying and preparing simple foods. Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and the work area. Monitor product expiration dates and proper storage. Support ingredient restocking during service. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Follow hygiene and food safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
