You will be responsible for ensuring flawless office operations, welcoming clients warmly, and maintaining an updated and attractive digital presence (website and social media). **Main Responsibilities** * **Customer Service and Reception:** Greet clients in person and via phone/WhatsApp courteously. * **Digital Management:** Manage the real estate agency’s Instagram account (posts, stories, and follower engagement) and respond to messages on social media. * **Website Maintenance:** List new properties on the portal with attention to descriptions and photos, and update unit availability. * **Administrative Support:** Organize documents and files, and assist real estate agents. * **Office Environment Care:** Maintain office tidiness and prepare coffee for clients and meetings. * **Office Routines:** Key management, mail handling, and ordering supplies (stationery/cleaning). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Communication:** Excellent writing skills (flawless Portuguese) and clear diction. * **Digital Skills:** Basic proficiency in social media (Instagram/TikTok) and ability to quickly learn property listing systems. * **Organization:** Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a well-ordered workplace. * **Profile:** Punctuality, proactivity, and discretion. * **Preferred Qualification:** Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) for social media.
