Assistance in administrative routines and HR events **Job Description:** Support Recruitment and Selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication); Assist in organizing and monitoring the onboarding and integration process for new employees; Support Training and Development initiatives (attendance list management, material organization, and indicator tracking); Support organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives; Assist in organizing internal events, campaigns, and communication activities; Update spreadsheets and internal departmental records; Support HR administrative routines (document filing, database updates, and reporting); Support performance evaluation and Individual Development Plan (IDP) processes. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn.
