**Location:** Industrial Unit Aves 3 – Rolândia/PR. **Main responsibilities:*** Participating in the candidate analysis process for hiring; * Administering theoretical and practical tests in selection processes; * Providing emotional support to drivers and parking attendants, including referrals for medical and psychological assistance; * Providing behavioral guidance and traffic legislation orientation; * Conducting technical handover of light and heavy vehicles; * Providing technical guidance and statistical analysis for unit managers; * Planning and delivering training programs for drivers/parking attendants; * Creating, developing, and maintaining training area documents and procedures; * Delivering training sessions, lectures, seminars, and individual counseling; * Supporting the development of audiovisual materials and training manuals; * Monitoring driver performance through telematics; * Providing technical support to leaders in developing drivers and parking attendants; * Scheduling theoretical and practical tests with units (email and WhatsApp); * Evaluating the performance of multipliers; * Applying checklists for new drivers; * Driving vehicles on short- and long-distance trips. **Requirements:*** Completed high school education; * Brazilian National Driver’s License, category D or E; * EAR endorsement on the license; * Solid knowledge of traffic legislation and various types of trucks; * Knowledge of telematics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
