Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage routine contract and legal instrument analysis and drafting, promoting integration with Contract Management, Procurement, and other company departments; * Ensure contractual standardization and clause updates in accordance with current legislation; * Manage contractual deadlines, renewals, and amendments; * Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks (financial, operational, and reputational); * Manage and monitor internal legal administrative routines; * Advise internal departments regarding contractual risks and obligations; * Support internal and external audits by providing legal support, documents, and legal opinions; * Perform other duties inherent to the position and role, as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Safeguard the company’s image and assets, comply with corporate programs and projects guidelines, policies, standards and procedures, work instructions, and act in accordance with the Cocal Essence Code of Ethics and Conduct, Principles, and Values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Postgraduate degree in Law and/or Human Resource Management; * Experience in process mapping; * Solid knowledge of contract law; * Technical ability to analyze and interpret contracts; * Experience in legal department administrative routines; * Knowledge of Risk Management and experience in investment analysis are desirable; * Must reside in Presidente Prudente-SP or be willing to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
