Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation Engineer to lead automation activities, support projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. Key Highlights: 1. Resolving questions and issues across all project phases Curitiba, Brazil Permanent 80\-100% On-site This is where you will shine * Lead automation activities in projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations; * Support project engineers on technical aspects of automation, ensuring quality and alignment with client requirements; * Develop technical specifications within the defined scope; * Manage the technical scope under your responsibility, meeting objectives and deadlines; * Resolve questions and issues during engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases; * Participate in project meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, contributing to reviews as needed; * Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects; * Provide technical support for client service cases and perform proper handover to the Customer Service team; * Perform integration and diagnostics of industrial networks and automation devices; * Configure remote decentralized I/O. These are the skills you will need * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation projects or equivalent role; * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; * Intermediate English proficiency for communication with teams and clients; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required by projects; * Knowledge of Spanish; * Proficiency in programming and configuration of PLCs (Siemens/Rockwell), HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and others); * Familiarity with one or more PLC programming languages: Ladder, ST (Structured Text), STL, and SCL; parameterization and configuration of frequency inverters and soft starters (Rockwell, Schneider, Danfoss, Siemens); * Ability to read and interpret electrical and process diagrams (P\&ID), as well as technical specifications.
