The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: \- Manage and analyze service contracts, amendments, and other related documents; \- Conduct risk and opportunity analyses on contracts; \- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; \- Prepare and review contract reports and documents; \- Collaborate with project and finance teams to ensure effective contract execution; \- Identify and resolve contract-related issues; \- Maintain up-to-date contract records and files. Requirements: \- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field; \- Experience in contract management (minimum 2 years); \- Knowledge of contract analysis and risk management; \- Strong communication and negotiation skills; \- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); \- Technical English desirable.
