Your role will include: Managing the business unit (Branch or PAB), ensuring actions are aligned to capitalize on commercial opportunities, service delivery, and infrastructure; Driving team performance and career development (through training and capacity building); Supervising and serving branch customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience; Managing NPS and daily sales targets, implementing improvement actions when necessary; Ensuring quality compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; Visiting the microregion, fostering new business opportunities, and acquiring new customers; Engaging and motivating your team.
