**PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING COORDINATOR (GARMENT MANUFACTURING)** **Location:** JRKT Apparel – Cambé/PR **Employment Type:** **CLT** **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:38 PM** **Availability:** **Overtime when necessary** **Job Description** Responsible for coordinating and executing garment manufacturing production and shipping routines, directly managing operational tasks and organizing internal and external orders (contract manufacturers). Acts as the liaison among production, contract manufacturers, and sales, ensuring deadlines, quality, and efficient workflow management. **Key Responsibilities** * Organize, sort, and release orders to contract manufacturers * Monitor production with in-house seamstresses and contract manufacturers * Inspect garments, quantities, replenishments, and orders * Assemble boxes, packaging, and apply labels and identification tags * Prepare, verify, and control shipping and return manifests * Monitor order deadlines and workflow in coordination with sales * Negotiate order adjustments, priorities, and deadlines with sales * Track production and shipping status * Ensure correct physical release of orders * Directly engage in operational tasks whenever necessary **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in **garment manufacturing** * Experience working with **seamstresses and contract manufacturers** * Knowledge of **sewing and textile production processes** * Proficiency in computer applications * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail * Availability for **overtime when necessary** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in operational coordination or leadership * Experience managing outsourced production (contract manufacturers) * Knowledge of PCP (Production Planning and Control) * Experience in the textile industry **Behavioral Profile** * Hands-on, operationally oriented profile * Strong communication skills with production and sales teams * Ability to organize and make decisions * Commitment to deadlines and quality **Compensation** Above R$3,000 + bonuses exceeding R$4,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$4,300.00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
