Together, let’s keep being a source of pride! **Responsibilities:** * Analyze land documentation and conduct Due Diligence * Execute real estate regularization processes (consolidation, subdivision, transfer, and cadastral updates) * Request and monitor technical feasibility assessments with utility providers * Submit and track projects at city halls and public agencies, ensuring legal compliance * Coordinate environmental licensing and complementary projects for permit issuance * Prepare, validate, and submit documentation for Real Estate Incorporation Registration, monitoring until approval * Request and monitor issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (Habite\-se) and notarial registrations * Update records and registrations in systems (ERP) * Monitor deadlines, legal requirements, and process status with stakeholders * Contribute to process improvement, operational efficiency, and achievement of departmental goals **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * Experience in real estate development, regularization, or related areas * Knowledge of urban, environmental, and registry legislation * Experience handling procedures at notary offices and city halls * Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously **Work Model:** * Monday to Friday (44 hours/week) * Working hours from 08:30 to 18:18, with a 1-hour break Occasional travel * **What We Offer:** * Medical and dental assistance through SECONCI (optional enrollment, R$25.00/month); * Birthday day off; * Annual bonus program rewarding achievement of the company’s strategic goals (Voa Pride); * Program recognizing and incentivizing ideas, automations, and process improvements that make a difference in daily operations and business results (Inova Pride)
