Clarification regarding reimbursement, co-payment, and contractual rules A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Diadema. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-standard service to SME client portfolio beneficiaries, clarifying questions about insurable benefits. Manage access passwords for beneficiaries and their representatives to insurance provider portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance related to the use of the accredited health and dental network. Clarify reimbursement processes, co-payment, waiting periods, and plan contractual rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Carry out beneficiary registrations, updates, and movements in the systems used by the company. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments regarding the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring interaction history and traceability. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
