Does this opportunity resonate with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Train teacher-authors in planning learning experiences for undergraduate online courses. * Support teacher-authors in developing learning experiences, advising on the use of dialogic language, effective active learning methodologies, and the dynamism of experiences designed to achieve stated learning outcomes. * Assist in selecting instructional resources according to each planning need, to enrich and accelerate course production. * Develop instructional resources that meaningfully complement the learning experience. * Analyze and provide feedback on possible adjustments, proposing ideas, activity strategies, resources, and/or formats aligned with the planning needs of the course, ensuring learning experiences are designed in accordance with course mapping. * Validate and approve learning experiences to ensure previously agreed-upon instructions have been followed. * Manage material control repositories, guaranteeing document updates considering versioning. * Analyze adjustment requests for courses, as needed throughout course offerings. * Support course coordinations by providing information regarding course production. * Support the tutoring team regarding adjustments identified during course implementation. * Ensure the quality of the product delivered to students. * Monitor the production schedule jointly with the teacher-author, ensuring timely delivery for the course. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Teacher Education or related fields (e.g., Languages, Pedagogy, Journalism). * Experience in Distance Education (EAD). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Solid knowledge of lesson planning and instructional materials development. * Basic understanding of lesson planning and instructional materials development. * Familiarity with new technological resources applicable to education. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, etc. * Additional training in active learning methodologies, Distance Education, or Educational Design. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: Co-payment plan offering medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network. * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll. * Education Incentive Program: Supports professional and personal development of employees, offering incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR. * Meals at the Marista Bistro: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a nominal payroll deduction. * Meal delivery to the reception area for persons with disabilities, with a nominal payroll deduction. * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll. * Zenklub: Telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month. * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial consulting, and pension planning. * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across multiple sectors, offering special discounts on services and products. * Preferred parking with easy access to workplace facilities. **Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on several factors.
