REQUIREMENTS: Proven solid technical knowledge in engineering and architecture PROJECTS for building construction, commercial facilities, and public institutions, supported by portfolios, client testimonials, and documented work samples. Proficiency in BIM methodology (preferably with experience in Trimble Connect). . RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in coordinating processes, deadlines, and deliverables of engineering (architecture and engineering) projects. Monitor and inspect daily progress and advancement of partial and final deliverables from designers, ensuring adherence to deadlines, minimum scope, quality, and formatting. Coordinate intra- and interdisciplinary requirements via the Common Data Environment (CDE). Conduct daily monitoring to ensure fulfillment of requirements and partial deliverables (7, 14, 21, 28, 32\). .
