Civil Engineer – Commercial Construction Project We are seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as co\-responsible technical engineer for the construction of a 10-story commercial building, with direct involvement in planning, control, and site supervision. This opportunity targets professionals experienced in high-rise construction, possessing strong on-site presence and a technical leadership profile. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the responsible engineer for the execution of a 10-story commercial building project under the condominium system (cost-based pricing), with an estimated construction duration of 3 years, issuing an ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation) as co\-responsible technical engineer; * Plan, coordinate, and monitor physical and financial progress of the project; * Perform direct management of contractors, in-house teams, and suppliers; * Develop, monitor, and update schedules, quantity surveys, quality control of works, and cost tracking; * Request necessary materials to ensure smooth project progress; * Select and hire contractors for service execution; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, occupational safety regulations, and sound construction practices; * Act as liaison among designers, supervisors, clients, and other stakeholders; * Support technical and construction-related decision-making throughout project execution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in medium-to-large-scale high-rise construction projects; * Prior experience with major construction companies; * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel; * Practical orientation with strong on-site presence; * Leadership attitude, organizational skills, and high sense of technical responsibility; * Full-time availability dedicated to the project. **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur contract), full-time dedication to the project. **Benefits:** * Fuel reimbursement. **Salary Range:** Between R$ 10\.000,00 and R$ 15\.000,00, to be determined based on experience, professional background, and alignment with the desired profile.
