Open, close, and invoice service orders. Negotiate service orders with customers. Receive vehicles; Track parts orders and service progress; Open, close, and issue invoices; Monitor and schedule technician dispatches for external services; Sell maintenance plans to customers; Offer additional services; Communicate service progress clearly and proactively to customers; Assist in assigning services to technicians according to the workshop’s scheduling plan. 251210020218952635
