Active collaboration with the Occupational Safety Technician **Responsibilities** * Distribute PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to employees upon request or according to a pre-established schedule, adhering to designated days and times for each unit, and updating the respective PPE records; * Assemble and distribute PPE kits to production area employees every three months, ensuring that each kit contains 1 earplug-type hearing protector, 50 hairnets, and hand protection cream where applicable; * Update the Senior system in the occupational safety module, entering data related to the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), PPE, Fire Brigade, among others; * Generate system reports for inventory control and maintenance; place purchase orders in the system for product replenishment when necessary; * Accompany the Occupational Safety Technician during rounds and other routine activities, providing assistance as required; * Provide employee support when needed to address occupational safety-related requirements; * Maintain general spreadsheets—typically those related to departmental statistics—and keep files organized and up to date; * Ensure all tasks performed consistently comply with company-defined standards and supervisor instructions; * Perform related duties. **Requirements** * Industrial experience; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Teamwork skills; * Currently enrolled in an Occupational Safety program.
