Focus on quality and agility of logistics processes **Job Description:** ---------------------- This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs). You will be responsible for inbound and outbound product operational processes, keeping the customer constantly updated on the progress of planning procedures, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with process requirements. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Experience in logistics; Shift availability. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Among your main responsibilities, you will: * Track all processes; * Perform and monitor the input and billing process for parts according to the customer's system-based process; * Ensure all necessary information is provided so that processes are received within the correct timeframe; * Ensure import processes occur within the stipulated timeframe. * Handle daily processes according to customer requests/priorities via e\-mail or system, including instructions for coordination such as type of “palletization”, time, delivery location, carrier, packaging, etc. * Process operational and transportation documents (e.g., picking list, route cover sheet, replenishment ticket, verification label, etc.) according to the invoice issued via system, and send the Load Scheduling and Invoice to Picking/Verification/Shipping; * Identify on invoices with stamps when the region requires differentiated operations; * Request the delivery route from the Transportation department by sending a spreadsheet containing delivery data (time, carrier, location); * Schedule deliveries with carriers when required; * Contact the customer to provide delivery details for shipment release/authorization; * Resolve operational issues and communicate occurrences to the customer; * Monitor process status in an Excel spreadsheet – rejection, picking, shipping, return, pending items – and contact the carrier for updates on pending invoices; * Monitor undelivered orders, indicating reasons for delays/non-delivery; * Monitor errors in issued invoices; * Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and agility in processes, coordinating planning procedures jointly with Operations and Transportation. * Comply with “HSE” and Quality procedures and standards. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
