With offices in Uberlândia (MG) and São Paulo (SP), and professionals located across hundreds of cities, TQI has earned and maintained the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for over six years, and ranks in the GPTW Technology Top 80+, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a diverse, innovative, and high-performance environment. **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related fields) or relevant experience; * Experience in **distributed system architecture; microservices and orchestration.** * Solid experience with **Java 17+**. * **Data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis**. * **Object-oriented programming** and use of **design patterns**. * Development of **REST/JSON APIs**. * Experience with **DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform**, and messaging systems (**Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS**, etc.). * Experience with **relational databases and SQL**. * Experience with **Spring (IA, Boot, Data, Cloud)**. * Experience with **AWS**. * Practical experience with **automated testing** (unit, component, integration). * Knowledge of **system monitoring tools and practices**. * Experience with **CI/CD** (e.g., Jenkins). **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of **Amazon Bedrock for LLMs; Amazon Bedrock AgentCore; Amazon Bedrock MultiAgents**. * Personal project experience in **Prompt Engineering**. * Understanding of advanced agent concepts such as **RAG**. **Differentiator:** * Knowledge of Python. * Knowledge of data science applied to Software Engineering. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Evaluating, discussing, and defining **system architectures**, proposing improvements and ensuring technical and business consistency; * Translating business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging existing systems or proposing new modules. * Planning and implementing solutions on the **microservices platform**. * Ensuring a **high level of automation** in deliveries. * Researching and implementing **new technologies**. * Ensuring **integration of the tools** used. * Monitoring the environment and proactively creating actions to maintain platform health. * Collaborating with the **Security team** to ensure reliability. * Developing tools that promote **conscious resource usage.** Work model: **100% Remote** Contract model: **PJ (Individual Contractor)** What we offer: You’ll join diverse, high-performance teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
