Responsibilities and duties: How will the work be done here The working hours won't be 8 hours a day, not even close. What really matters to us is results, communication, and responsibility. Meetings We'll only have 3 types of objective meetings with clear purposes: * Kickoff (30 min) * Project presentation * Schedule and responsibilities * PTS Weekly Work Plan (30 min every Friday) * Alignment of next week's work plan * Daily (15 min daily) * Quick progress tracking Kickoff (macro) PTS (weekly) Daily (daily) * This is our natural cycle of execution and monitoring.
