Teamwork and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** Assist in inventory control and organization. Perform merchandise verification (receipt and dispatch). Support the billing process and issuance of invoices. Customer service (in-person, phone, or WhatsApp). Data entry and queries in the SAP system. Updating spreadsheets and records in Microsoft Office Suite. Order picking and preparation. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred but not mandatory). Experience in inventory and billing routines. Proficiency in the SAP system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong communication skills and organizational ability. Advantages Prior experience in logistics or billing areas. Knowledge of electronic invoice (NF-e) issuance.
