* Conduct recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for drivers and service providers in accordance with the company's operational demands; * Administer all documentation related to hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies; * Monitor and supervise the activities of drivers and third parties, ensuring adherence to deadlines, safety regulations and defined quality standards; * Maintain constant and collaborative communication with drivers and service providers, offering support and guidance for optimal operational performance; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement in services provided.
