Job Summary: Professional responsible for integrating and posting ERP modules, analyzing accounting entries, reconciling tax calculations, and preparing profitability reports. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to implement and record contractual changes **Accounting Analyst** **Daily Responsibilities:** Generate accounting posting files for ERP modules * Integrate and post the following ERP modules: * Inventory and Billing * Cash and Banks * Accounts Payable * Accounts Receivable * Payroll * Fixed Assets * Analyze accounting entries in the system to verify consistency and accuracy of postings originating from other modules; * Request reanalysis and correction of identified discrepancies from the responsible party; * Post and reconcile tax calculations, comparing them with movements already integrated from other modules into the accounting system: post calculations, compensations, or necessary adjustments to accurately reflect reality in accounting books; * Prepare and review the Profitability Report submitted to Management * Inventory closing; * Accounting closing and analysis of financial statements for balance sheet preparation; * Assets / Liabilities / Equity * Statement of Income * Statement of Changes in Equity * Statement of Comprehensive Income * Statement of Cash Flows * Generate and deliver the Sped Contábil (Brazilian Accounting Digital Book); ECD and ECF – IRPJ and CSLL * Implement and record contractual changes * Publish the balance sheet **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration), intermediate Excel skills, strong interpersonal communication, proactive and resilient. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with Datasul TOTVS system **Benefits:** Meal allowance, dental plan, pharmacy network agreement, Total Pass transportation benefit, co-payment health insurance. **Salary:** R$4.500,00 to R$5.500,00 **Work Location:** Lago Igapó, Londrina - PR Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
