Londrienge is a company specialized in transportation and logistics services. Focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction, it provides customized solutions to meet the needs of its partners. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate in the department's administrative activities, assisting with document and file organization. Conduct price quotations by requesting quotes and delivery timelines from suppliers. Assist in issuing and monitoring purchase orders, as well as controlling deliveries. Update supplier registrations and contribute to maintaining control spreadsheets. Receive and verify invoices, entering information into the system. Support the inventory management of administrative supplies, cleaning materials, and other consumables. Manage and distribute PPEs, collective protective equipment (CPEs), and uniforms, ensuring delivery and replenishment records remain up to date. Prepare monitoring reports and spreadsheets (purchases, inventory, PPEs/CPEs/uniforms). Facilitate communication with suppliers and other internal departments.
