Job Summary: Operate the foundry furnace, ensuring technical specifications and contributing to process safety and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Operating the foundry furnace with technical control 2. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the area 3. Focusing on safety and continuous improvement - Operate the foundry furnace, maintaining technical specifications for temperature and chemical composition of the melt according to the parts to be produced; \- Release the melt for pouring based on technical data obtained from laboratory chemical analysis; \- Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the area, including tools and work equipment; \- Ensure personal safety and the safety of coworkers by using required PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and avoiding unsafe acts during task execution; \- Contribute to continuous process improvement through participation in training sessions and corporate initiatives. \*\*On-site meal\*\* Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.600,00 \- R$3\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
