Headquartered in Londrina/PR, we offer comprehensive solutions—from analysis through installation and maintenance—serving diverse sectors with quality, reliability, and post-sales support. **About the Position** Responsible for ensuring product, service, and process compliance with internal and regulatory standards, from raw materials through to final delivery. Ensures adherence to the quality management system, maps activities, monitors key performance indicators, coordinates audits, and defines strategies jointly with senior management—supervising and adjusting processes as required. **Responsibilities:** * Collect data and generate quality performance reports and indicators; * Monitor nonconformities and support root cause investigation; * Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of errors; * Analyze defective parts and technical reports to determine appropriate disposition; * Support warranty-related processes; * Assist the Quality Inspector; * Prepare monthly closing presentations and participate in meetings. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of quality tools, process mapping, and interpretation of regulatory standards; * Preferred: Experience in Finished Product warranty processes. **Benefits** \- Tuition assistance \- Conexa Saúde health plan \- Pharmacy network benefits \- Gympass \- Unimed health insurance plan \- Co-payment based \- Dental insurance \- Meal allowance / Food voucher \- Transportation allowance Compensation: starting at R$0.10 per month Work Location: On-site
